I have had Charmaine acquire three mortgages for me in the time that I have known her. The first one was for a house under 800 square feet. I was at one of the lowest points in my life and going through so much change that my head was spinning. In order to get a divorce, we had to settle the assets and I was co-owner of 2 homes in town but found I was renting an apartment. I had to get out of this mess. I was unsure if I was going to be able to afford to keep a house and take on a mortgage by myself, but I knew that my child deserved a roof over her head every night.

Well, I did it, but not without the help of Charmaine. The traditional banks offer few products and couldn’t come close to the offer Charmaine had for me because she has access to many products. Every step of the way in the mortgage process she was there, explaining what the process involved, how my credit was, what I could do to improve it further, advising me of documentation I needed to provide and explaining why. I was made aware of what the hidden costs potentially could be and what I had to be prepared for. From start to finish, she explained everything and made it seem so easy.

She found a product to suit my needs and I was able to roll all of my existing debt into the mortgage. I was so excited and relieved when she called to let me know I qualified! I had a fresh start and a new lease on life, I couldn’t have done it without her!

So needless to say, when the mortgage rates dropped, she looked into it for me. I recently re-qualified and was able to get not only a lower rate, but I was able to qualify for some extra cash in order for me to do renovations! I left her office understanding my options and the difference between a fixed rate and the variable rate.
